? I remember back during my middle school days when I would act so gloomy towards New Years. It only ment three things: Winter Vacation Ending, No more awesome holidays for a while, and having to change the DATE whenever you write your name + date on the upper right hand corner of whatever worksheet/paper you're working on... -sigh- Now it seems like I've got that same feeling since I'll be heading back to school pretty soon. Am I the only one who feels like crap during New Years day/ Weekday mornings (I repeat: Feeling like CRAP! NOT HUNG OVER xD) ? Suuuuuuuure it MAY be Saturday NOW but wait until Monday! Mmmmmhm 
. Since it's 2011 and all, where are all the new gadgets? I dont see any Chobits or Medabots yet. This makes me sad 
. I guess we'll have to look forward to other things such as MvC3 and the Philips Fluid Smartphone????

So I decided to get my Smash Bros Brawl back so I could see what the fuss is all about with the hacking. A friend of mine kept mentioning how players would change the appearances of characters like crazy and this actually peaks my interests. I really do enjoy games where you get to customize character's appearances or make your own (Seems like we dont have much of that now a days =_=). Well he gave me a site to check out (I left it on Ike since hes my favorite and all xD) and I started browsing through it. Omg... My dreams have come true... SUPER STREET FIGHTER IV! I've finally reached C+ Rank with my Vega(Claw) (Now at 2835BP and 1032PP =.=). I've been playing with friends on and off and I really enjoy using him. I may not be very good with him like some OTHER players but hopefully I could practice and practice and finally get things straight. Does anybody know if the Arcade Edition for SSFIV will cause dlc for consoles? Cause I am very interested in Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma. Yun and Yang are eh... I guess it'll be fun fighting them online for a change (If Evil Ryu and Shin Akuma ARE playable...)! So far im waiting for more MvC3 news and Tekken vs Street Fighter news to be leaked sooner or later (havent heard ANYTHING about the SF vs Tekken project at all ) Ah well... Sooner we'll all be playing great games this year, you just wait . Someone has requested me to post my Vega online so im doing it here. As I mentioned before, I might head to Animé Los Angeles next week (im not so sure yet). I havent really watched much anime at all lately other than Yu Yu Hakusho all over again. I might watch that Professor Layton OVA or I might watch Bleach (been seeing it on and off lately...). That New Rurouni Kenshin PSP game DID make me want to watch Rurouni Kenshin again, im still looking for that Rurouni Kenshin movie where there seems to be a character with a pony tail (looks like dan...) and this movie was drawn the same style as the series. I found it one day but never did have time to watch it. Maybe i'll look for that so I can finally say that I've seen a large portion of the Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X series ~.~. Sometimes I really do wish that they would further with animes like Ranma ½ or Rurouni Kenshin or Yu Yu Hakusho. It would be awesome seeing those guys fight one more baddie or two until they finally call it an end. Look at Ash Ketchum from Pokemon, he first started popping up in Pokemon since I was in elementary school and hes STILL having new Pokemon episodes. I guess that's why the anime isnt as popular as it used to be
. One Piece seems to be the same issue now, I dont think many people like it as much as they did before. Im still following One Piece though (New episode 482 is Jan. 8th btw... Sorry ), im just hoping Luffy will get together with his crew soon....

Toynami Inuyasha
What most of us have been waiting for right? Another figure/doll review xD. Toynami has been making toys for a while and I do love their lines of anime figures. Best figure i'd have to go with is probably Inuyasha in general! The headsculpt and clothing are amazing! Too bad the bodies they use are... meh....(The body for Inuyasha reminds me of one of those Disney related Barbie/Ken dolls). The articulation is ok but what really bothered me was his neck/shoulder area. It came with some odd shoulder support around his neck that just wasnt working at all with me so.... I took it off! Now he kinda looks like a giraffe 
.... I've always told myself that I was going to find another body that is compatible with his hands so I could atleast change his hands and headsculpt all together but as usual...... I havent really got around to it.

I dont have his signature LARGE formed Tetsaiga since I gave it to a friend as a going away present (yes and his beads too). Now Inuyasha is not only free from that damn "SIT spell" but now hes at ½ power 
. It's all good though. I must say then when I DID have them both, alot of his poses were pretty cool. His arms werent strong enough to lift the sword mid way on its own but with the power of thought, you could make many poses to make it seem like his holding it properly (or just have it over his shoulder for an even more bad ass look).

Photos above were older photos. I do miss his Tetsaiga and his necklace but hey! Atleast that far away friend is happy (and hopefully still is 
...). In a nut shell, Toynami did a very good job with this figure indeed. I actually wouldnt mind buying another one, i've heard that there were only 5,000 units made but eh... I see them around here and there. I bet I could go on eBay and search for one right now......AND YEP there is one for... um... $90 .... Not worth that much but.... Ok...? This figure is pretty sturdy too so I guess if you're looking for a figure/doll for your son or daughter to play with then I dont suppose you could go wrong with this (Now Barbie and Ken could have some competition eh?). Great figure for collectors or older kids, even I sure am glad to have him in the collection. He may not be my #1 favorite but looking at him always brings back memories of watching the series on Adult Swim back then. I'll never forget how popular Inuyasha was (And still is... Even my aunt watches Inuyasha xDD). I really wish they would have made more 12 inch figures from the series though. It would have been really awesome to see Kagome or Sess.
