Another week.... Another Monday.... Another September... another afternoon... There hasnt been much to do lately ever since I kinda ruined the rest of my year of actually having the opportunity to sit behind a desk and actually do work
. I have been abit more social with others lately, tomorrow im already going to be hanging out with my cousin (who I havent seen in ages), maybe even come back home to show him my collection of figures and hear him say something like ".... I guess everyone needs a hobby
" lol. Hopefully we will have a chance to go to the movies to check out the new Exorcist movie or that new Resident Evil Movie. I'm not really a fan of the Biohazard movies (Since Hollywood has a way of turning great game/anime storylines into crappy movie) but to be honest, I DID like the 2nd one with Jill Valentine and Nemesis. Other than that AND Degeneration, I really could care less about the other movies. The only movie I've seen lately was Scott Pilgrim vs The World which was actually a really good movie. I look forward to getting into the comics too
. Hollywood seems to be pooping out alot of crappy movies, its about time they crap out a good one (Or maybe im not giving many new movies a chance?). Oh well, I suppose its time to get this thing started
.
FIGURE TALK:
Alot of people seem to be canceling pre-orders for Jill Valentine BSAA which is understandable because they either need the money they have up for her or they just dont feel like waiting. I always forget how crude the economy could be on hobbyists.... We all need to put food and housing and transportation infront of that figure/anime/dvd/game we all drool over. Its hard but even I have to do it during these times. I will still keep my pre-order though (since I payed for it wayyyy back in June. Its already September 13th and there still seems to be no sign of online stores actually shipping jill other than eBay. I STILL remember everyone talking about Sideshow releasing her on the 27th on this month (Saying the release date REALLY games me a headache -.-). After hearing this, I eventually emailed the site I ordered her from for Pick up and got this reply:
"Howdy!

"Howdy!
We will have the figure in stock within a couple of days of Sideshow getting them.
There is no specific arrival date listed, so it could be any day through the end of the month, assuming Sideshow receives them on schedule.
Imports can be delayed for several reasons, which is why Sideshow does not list anything beyond the expected quarter or month on them.
As soon as we have them, they'll most likely be on the front page of the site. "
^Which technically means that i'll probably be receiving mine around the 29th - October time frame. Is the extra $20 or more ordering from Hong Kong really worth more than this super long wait? Although people have Jill at home, alot of them dont really do reviews like the ones you see in forums or youtube so this makes the wait more irritating rather than pleasant. Other than complaining about the things I wont, i'll just move on over to the things I HAVE. I won an auction online for a Ryu and Chun Li figure (I was really shocked that nobody really tried to bid against me), so atleast i'll have something to wait for until Jill releases and I call it quits on the purchasing. Although some of these figs dont cost alot, it still feels abit odd to make purchases during times like these, especially when I have more important things to take care of (although it isnt everyday when you run into good offers online that you just CANT PASS UP ^^;). I dont really enjoy passing up offers because then sooner or later you'll regret it and when you try to find what you had a chance to get before, you're all like "OMG!!! I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT BEFORE!! NOW ITS LIKE $200 MORE EXPENSIVE" or something similar to those lines right? Im sure alot of you have had times where you regret selling/buying a figure you saw or had, I dont think i'll ever be selling my collection though. Now im just looking at photos on flickr and dA to look for some inspiring ideas for photos of my own (Note to self: buddy from my old hometown has my camera....
). WELL IT DOESNT HURT TO LOOK! I noticed some talented painters that paint heads and sell them online, I was really impressed with the life-likeness, I wouldnt mind owning one of these dolls myself for beautiful outdoor photos but the heads are VERY expensive and they dont seem to sell too often
. Im sure a few of you are quite familiar with the works from Sweet Marble, have a look for yourselves:

Very impressive work. I hope Sweet marble puts more of their beautiful work up for auctions. Congrats to the winner =P.

GAMER TIME:
Everyone still scuttles all over the place for MvC3, wondering why classic mvc characters havent appeared yet and why they havent added awesome others such as Godhand. I assume more characters will appear into the gamer later on as DLC(which would answer everyones requests). I just hope many of our favorite characters make the cut into the game soon enough. Oh........ Forgot to mention that Yun and Yang will be appearing in the Arcade version of Super Street Fighter IV... Why am I not excited about this
Or maybe i'll just go for TMNT. Its a fun game still...... right?

Yun and Yang make an appearance into SSFIV on Arcade (He just might end up as DLC for consoles). No offense to you Yun fans but im not very excited about seeing him added into the fray.
TEH ANIME:
Got caught up with One Piece again, its good to know that things are finally going SOMEWHERE other than backwards or nowhere. Luffy is finally at Ace's execution area and things are getting heated up. I cant wait to see the new episode on Sunday, dont fail me now Luffy! Other than One Piece, I downloaded Bobobo to watch (Bobobo is awesome). Its about time I added abit more randomness.

^My Favorite(Made by: me)
Pokemon goes on and on and on... How many years has it been? The new generation Pokemon are appearing and Ash seems to have a more Anime looking feel to him (Kinda girly?). Looks like an actual dark skinned character appears in the series too ( Not trying to be racial or anything but I have RARELY seen anyone dark skinned in the Pokemon series OR GAMES. No... Brock doesnt count).

Thanks alot for visiting everyone. Gotta cut this short to multi task and do other things. I do have more surprises for you all and I will be sharing more and more once I get my camera back. I dont have much else to say but I do have a few things to share before I leave.
